Doudou App Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Doudou mobile application and related digital services provided by TrainRBoost.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Doudou app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License & Usage
TrainRBoost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Doudou app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the app.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log about your baby.
- You understand that insights and summaries are informational and do not constitute medical advice.
- You agree to use the app for personal baby tracking and caregiver coordination only.
4. Health Disclaimer
Doudou is a baby tracking tool, not a medical device. Summaries, reminders, and insights are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional pediatric advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for concerns about your baby's health, feeding, or development.
5. Ads & In-App Purchases
Doudou is free and ad-supported, with an optional Premium subscription:
- Ads are displayed via Google AdMob and are non-personalized by default, becoming personalized only with your explicit consent (ATT on iOS / UMP). Ad frequency is limited to avoid disrupting the user experience.
- Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial) and removes ads while unlocking features such as WHO growth curves. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google according to their billing policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrainRBoost provides the Doudou app "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainRBoost shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on tracked data.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
