From zero push-ups
to one hundred.
Can't do a single push-up? Perfect. That's exactly where this app starts, with a simple ladder: wall push-ups, then incline, then knees, then full push-ups on the floor.
A quick placement test finds your real starting point — no shame, no guesswork — and every session adapts to what you actually did.

The road to 100
The Ladder
Four rungs to your first real push-up.
Push Ups Trainer takes you from absolute zero to 100 push-ups with a simple ladder: wall push-ups, incline, knees, then full push-ups on the floor. You move up a rung when the app sees you are ready, not on a calendar.
Wall push-ups
Standing, hands on the wall. The easiest honest starting point there is — and it counts as a real session, not a warm-up.
Incline push-ups
Hands on a table, a counter or a step. Less body weight to push, the exact same movement.
Knee push-ups
On the floor at last, with your knees carrying part of the load while your chest and arms catch up.
Full push-ups
Feet on the floor, full range. From here the only thing left to grow is the number: 5, 10, 25, 50, 100.
Your Day 1 is measured, not guessed: one question and one quick max test place you on the right rung from the start. No shame, no guesswork — and if you land lower than you hoped, the program simply starts there and climbs.
How It Works
Five sets, one final max, about six minutes.
A session is short enough to do on a busy evening and structured enough to move you forward. Everything adapts to what you actually did, not to what a generic plan expected.
One question, one quick max test
Your level and your Day 1, settled in a couple of minutes — the app places you, you never have to pick a program.
5 short sets + a final max attempt
About six minutes from the first rep to the last, and the final set is always a chance to beat your record.
Rest timers with haptics
The timer buzzes when it's time to go again — and gives you +20 s whenever you need it.
Switch variation mid-session
Too hard today? Drop to an easier variation without leaving the session. It still counts.
Adaptive, session after session
Beat your max and the next session gets harder. Struggle, and we consolidate before pushing again.
Progression you can't get wrong.
You never pick sets, reps or a variation yourself. Open the app, press start, and the session in front of you is already the right one for today.
Watch Yourself Get Stronger
The number goes up, and you can see it.
Every session leaves a trace. The point isn't to log a workout, it's to make weeks of small gains impossible to miss.
Your max, session by session
A chart that climbs with you, from your first wall push-ups to your first real one.
