Tricep Dips

  1. 1. Sit on the edge of a bench or chair, gripping the edge with your hands.
  2. 2. Slide your buttocks off the edge and lower your body by bending your elbows.
  3. 3. Push back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
  4. 4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
