Instructions

  1. 1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2. Jump to the right, landing on your right leg while sweeping your left leg behind you.
  3. 3. Immediately jump to the left, landing on your left leg while sweeping your right leg behind you.
  4. 4. Continue alternating sides in a fluid motion for the desired number of repetitions.
