Instructions
- 1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2. Jump to the right, landing on your right leg while sweeping your left leg behind you.
- 3. Immediately jump to the left, landing on your left leg while sweeping your right leg behind you.
- 4. Continue alternating sides in a fluid motion for the desired number of repetitions.
