Side Lunges

Instructions

  1. 1. Stand with your feet together and your hands on your hips.
  2. 2. Step out to the right side, bending your right knee while keeping your left leg straight.
  3. 3. Push off your right foot to return to the starting position.
  4. 4. Repeat on the left side.
  5. 5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
