Instructions
- 1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet slightly lifted.
- 2. Lean back slightly and hold a weight or clasp your hands together.
- 3. Rotate your torso to one side, bringing your hands or weight to the floor beside your hip.
- 4. Return to the center and twist to the opposite side.
- 5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
