Instructions

  1. 1. Sit on the floor with your hands behind you and feet in front of you.
  2. 2. Lift your hips off the ground by pressing into your hands and feet.
  3. 3. Begin to walk backward or sideways by moving your right hand and left foot, then your left hand and right foot.
  4. 4. Keep your hips off the ground and your core engaged.
  5. 5. Continue walking for the desired distance or time.
