Instructions
- 1. Sit on the floor with your hands behind you and feet in front of you.
- 2. Lift your hips off the ground by pressing into your hands and feet.
- 3. Begin to walk backward or sideways by moving your right hand and left foot, then your left hand and right foot.
- 4. Keep your hips off the ground and your core engaged.
- 5. Continue walking for the desired distance or time.
