Instructions

  1. 1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2. Bend forward at the hips and place your hands on the ground in front of your feet.
  3. 3. Walk your hands forward until you're in a plank position.
  4. 4. Hold the plank for a moment, then walk your feet up to your hands.
  5. 5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
