Instructions
- 1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place your hands on your hips.
- 2. Shift your weight to your right leg and lift your left knee up to hip level.
- 3. Rotate your left knee outward in a circular motion, making large circles.
- 4. After several circles, switch legs and repeat the motion with your right leg.
- 5. Continue alternating for the desired duration.
