Instructions

  1. 1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.

  3. 3. Pull the dumbbells toward your waist, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top.
  4. 4. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
