Dumbbell Fly

Equipment

Instructions

  1. 1. Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended above you.
  2. 2. Slowly lower the weights out to the sides in a wide arc.
  3. 3. Bring the dumbbells back together above your chest.
