Instructions

  1. 1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2. Squat down and place your hands on the floor.
  3. 3. Jump your feet back into a plank position and perform a push-up.
  4. 4. Jump your feet back towards your hands and immediately jump into the air.
  5. 5. Land softly and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
