Instructions
- 1. Stand in front of a sturdy box or platform, feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2. Bend your knees slightly and swing your arms back.
- 3. Explosively jump onto the box, using your arms to gain momentum.
- 4. Land softly with your knees slightly bent, then step back down.
- 5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
