Arnie App Terms & Conditions
By installing or using the Arnie mobile application, you agree to these terms.

What Arnie Is
Arnie is a workout logbook for personal training tracking. It is a tool, not medical advice and not a substitute for a coach, doctor, or qualified professional. You are responsible for your training, your recovery, and your form.
Free vs Pro
Arnie is free and ad-supported. The free tier has no cap: unlimited routines, unlimited logging, the full exercise library, half-point RPE, per-lift e1RM, PR detection, CSV import, the anatomical heatmap, the stats screen and CSV sharing are all included.
Arnie Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. It unlocks:
- Ad-free training — once you're Pro, no interstitials anywhere in the app.
- The active-block card on the Mesocycle Planner screen: sessions this week, weeks in a row, your volume against the average of your last four weeks, and how many muscles went past their MRV. The screen itself — and its twelve-week phase timeline — is free for everyone; Pro adds the card.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through their respective stores. Payment is charged at the start of each period. Auto-renewal can be turned off in your store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.
Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Lifetime purchases are subject to the same store policies.
Your Content
You own your training data. Arnie has no account: your logs are stored on your device, and we process nothing else than what the Privacy Policy describes. You can share your finished sessions as CSV from Settings → Data, delete individual sessions and routines inside the app, and remove everything by uninstalling it.
Acceptable Use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, attempt to bypass paywalls, or distribute the app outside the official App Store or Google Play. Don't use Arnie if your doctor has told you not to train.
No Warranty
Arnie is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app fits a specific training goal. We're not liable for injuries that occur during workouts logged with the app — train smart, lift safe.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL with a last-updated date. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
