Oche Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Oche, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Using Oche

Oche is a scorer for darts games: it counts the scores you enter, suggests checkouts, calls the scores out loud and keeps statistics. It works without an account.

• You are responsible for the scores you enter: Oche counts what it is given.
• Oche is meant for your own games, at home, at the club or at the pub.

3. Premium

The whole game is free. Premium is optional: it keeps the full history, charts each player's averages over time, adds the checkout trainer and removes the ads.

• Premium is offered as a yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play. The price, and any free trial offered at the time, are shown in the app before you confirm.
• The yearly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; Premium then stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• The lifetime purchase is a single payment, with no renewal.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their own policies. To get Premium back on a new phone, use "Restore purchases" in Settings.

4. Licence

TrainRBoost grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Oche. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the app;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the app or to the services behind it.

5. Scores and statistics

Scores, averages, checkout routes and statistics are calculated from what you enter and are provided as is, for information. They are not an official record: in a competition, the referee and the rules of that competition prevail.

6. Liability

Oche is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, TrainRBoost is not liable for indirect damage or losses arising from the use of the app, including lost games. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we will tell you in the app or on this page about any important change. If you keep using Oche after a change, you accept the new terms.
