- You understand that hydration recommendations are estimates and may vary based on individual needs.
- You agree to use the app for personal hydration tracking purposes only.
4. Health Disclaimer
Cactus is a hydration tracking tool, not a medical device. Daily water intake recommendations are estimates based on general guidelines and your inputs. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for specific hydration needs, especially if you have kidney conditions or other health concerns.
5. Ads & In-App Purchases
Cactus is free and supported by non-personalized ads:
- Ads are displayed via Google AdMob. Ad frequency is limited to avoid disrupting the user experience.
- A single optional one-time purchase removes ads forever and can be restored on your devices. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google according to their billing policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrainRBoost provides the Cactus app "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainRBoost shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the app, including but not limited to health issues related to hydration.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website.
